Hi PeterJ, From a local service shop,I found out that my Graphic card is actually damaged. This caused the BSOD after installing Graphics, disabling them actually fixed the issue. Thanks very much for fixing the windows corruption.

Now after restart, when I login it's black screen, Even in safe mode it's a black screen now. Any fix? Should I just factory reset my laptop?
