sfc /scannow unable to fix corrupt files.

I have run a chkdsk and found errors on the OS before i made the post and with the new logs. Windows gadgets was one of the things repaired. HWInfo64 reports the hard drive S.M.A.R.T is all good. Memory test has not been done. Should I use MemTest86 or a different tool?

sfc /scannow unable to fix corrupt files.

My system has been experiencing a processing bottleneck after playing GTA V. Also when i have exited the game tray icons of applications are gone. I'm worried of the computer breaking down at this point and time.
