sfc was unable to fix some files

I ran the sfc tool recommended by your team and compressed it into a zip file. I did try to upload the file in the attachment window but it never went into the display area so I couldn't drag it into the area to attach.

hello to all and good morning. I'm in Vegas and I am a novice mostly with computer problems so I ask for forgiveness ahead of time. I am still looking for the link to where I would place a problem, so any advice would be great. I am also an old man so be easy on me. Thanks again.
