No I have not - simply checked the voltages as reported in the BIOS and then via HWiNFO64. Just weird it keeps happening in the early mornings as if it's a result of a scheduled task. PC is on an APC UPS. Going to plug it straight into the wall tonight and see if that affects anything...

Hi softwaremaniac and thanks for the reply! Hope all is well. Since the hotfix is not an option then, other than swapping CPU/SSD, can you think of anything else to try first? SFC says no issues. CHKDSK says no issues. Recent pertinent errors from Event Log (still no BSOD or DMP files...

OK. I guess the only confusion is the history showing all attempts to install KB4480970 failed, yet now no updates are available. KB4480970 doesn't show up in the installed updates dialog either. Anything else I should do at this point?

Well... I did NOT get a failure this time, only the normal prompt to reboot. When I rebooted, the tray notification said one or more updates failed. However, I checked for updates again and this time it says none are available. History: Subsequent check for updates: Link to (zipped)...

Windows Features dialog box did not populate, which is odd, because I was in it not too long ago for something else and it was fine. Regardless, task completed successfully. Log attached.
