After installing updates, restart, count up to 15% or 30%, turn off, turn on, count up to 15% configuration, then "Failure configuring windows updates reverting changes". So in all servers. Attached is setupapi.dev.log from three servers

Well, After repeated failures, I connected the servers to the organization WSUS server. Check for updates. Instead of 3 updates, there will now be 11 updates. Install updates. Everything failed. I start installing one by one. First updates to dotNet (KB4481480 & 1). The updates are successful...

Actually... You may be right, I removed a proxy server from two servers and connected directly to the Internet Check for updates ... And ... and ... yes! 2 successful update! (KB4471987, KB4483187) One update failed (KB4471318) That's how it is in both servers
