high dpc latency with my new computer

OK i just noticed my threads were merged. So the rootkit is related then? Anyways, after keeping my pc powered down and removing the power cable from the tower, I was able to boot to the desktop. So with this limited time window, what should i do before it crashes again?

. And Today's Sysnative , but there was no BSOD associated. But this Whocrashed? was right before I decided to reformat my PC, it also points to Nvidia. I'm really done trying 10 different drivers and cleaning methods. I'm on a fresh install and this shouldn't happen. There's something else...
