First experienced BSODs approximately 5 months after purchase. Yes, was having BSODs during the True Color 2.0 support call. Yes, True Color 1.0 worked fine then stopped approximately 5 months in as well. True Color 2.0 is fully functional post factory restore. Purchased brand new. Just...

System Restore (factory reset) done at request of MSI support for unrelated issue with True Color 2.0 no longer working. Yes having BSODs prior to restore. Hasn't happened in last couple days since installing older driver on msi site per request here. Purchased 6 months ago. New laptop.

I tried downloading apps from OFFICIAL UPDATE: Sysnative BSOD Processing Apps It launched fine then I hit SAVE+RUN and it crashed... Am I on the right track?

Same error message after downloading sysnative app again. I tried running Win7 compatibility as well. Doesn't work. Is there a different type of app to provide the same info?

I uninstalled via DDU. GeForce Experience is also gone. I installed the NVIDIA driver from the MSI site with these options. I'll keep you guys posted.
