I followed your step 5 Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.

Thanks for your reply. My computer is in aircon environment so I dun think it is overheating. I ran sfc /scannow and it shows no error. As for the BSOD, I did not see the message as the next day I just see the PC in windows.
