Yes it is solved the update installed without issue. We are still having other issues, but they aren't related to updates. I had to get the updates installed before I moved forward with more troubleshooting.

Ok. from what I've read in this post, once is DDR3 and one is DDR3L. These are not interchangeable.

I like to rule out the easy stuff first. I would try a different video card, or the on board video, if it has one
