I did as you told me, but nothing happened, again stuck on shutting down. When I restarted the computer, and hit ctrl+alt+del mdm.exe*32 appeared again on the tab Processes.

1.Yes,I get login screen, when i log off only. 2.Yes, when I login with another account, and try to shut down, again stuck on shutting down.
