update for ie10/11 not working. error Code 9C59

I have Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 bit operative system on my laptop. I have two updates ie10 and ie11 in my window's update folder since long. It keeps failing and give me error Code 9C59. I have followed instruction from thread Troubleshooting Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) Installationbut it...
