[Win7SP1Pro x64] Windows explorer has stopped responding

I keep getting an error that says Windows explorer has stopped responding. Desktop icons and the task bar will disappear briefly and then reappear. I've already ruled out any hardware issues with RAM and hard disk. I've uploaded the CBS folder to Google Drive here: CBS.zip - Google Drive...
