Do you mean the SP1? If this is the problem I can send the files from the updated to SP1 recovery disk.

Attached are the language files found corrupted, extracted from the original Windows Recovery Media DVD received with the PC, in case you can make the patch with them. Anyway, the computer is working well so I'll do the installation repair only in case it has any problem.

I prefer to use Win7 for some old applications I run and its simplicity. Other point is the price, mybe is better to buy a new PC. Today I was able to run sfc from offbootdir (updated copy). I'm sending you the sfc results.

Since I have a Crucial SSD disk and the application for it Storage Executive I performed an extended test with OK result. The SSD was installed a few months ago and the problem already existed in the previous HDD. However, if you consider it convenient to use GSmartControl, please let me know.
