This PC is running win7 ultimate x64 sp1 since 10 years ago, same installation, not even once OS was wiped and re-installed over all these years. Could be remnants of win srv 2008 r2 Virtual PC labs from the past? This is the only thing i can remember that relates to other OS. Do you have any...

No worries, I deleted the files (command did not work even with elevated admin, but i temporary gave myself full access to folder C:\Windows\servicing\packages). Please find attached new txt output.
