Yes, the image failed to update and don't have both log. Image attached during the SURT fail. After click "Do you want to install the following Windows software update" Hotfix for windows (KB947821) charmine

Hi, I had problem with server 2008 R2 and tried many tools and trick to solve it, in the end i have no idea. Also, i couldn't refresh the Features return me same error Thank you very much
