Of the ones that i linked you sometime ago, the Anomaly modpack. Other applications that didn't launch that i can remember was Borderlands 2, Frostpunk, This War of Mine and Terraria.

So, something just changed and i think i should update you on it before actually reinstalling steam. Planetside 2 got a big update, it seems that the game now has Directx 11 support, after updating it i was able to run it even with the error message. Also, now i get 2 errors, before it was just...

1.Yeah, after the recovery i had to download everything non-Microsoft again. 2.Some of them are standalone, they don't need steam to be downloaded. Fixlog:

1.Restore point created 2.Clean boot made the system load faster, but the problem persists. 3.Avast uninstalled successfully, but didn't fix the problem. 4.Dwalker log attached:
