windows 8 won't boot, almost like it is stuck in a loop.

I can't get my asus s200e to start up. It seems to go through the motions but flashes up the enter password screen for a second then a blank screen, flashes password box, then blank over and over. Will only turn off after the battery has been drained. Tried F9 reset from fully off but there is...
