Hi SleepyDude, This is VM. I ran chkdsk /f /x c: and the Windows scheduled it to the next system restart. I restarted the VM, and chkdsk didn't find any errors. I really appreciate your help :)

Hi SleepyDude, I ran the command wusa /uninstall /KB:4550947, but seems that KB:4550947is not installed. I got the message below. So, I ran FRST64 as per your advice. Please see log file attached. Thank you for your help again.
