[SOLVED] Windows Task Scheduler service is disabled, can not be started

Then it crashed. I think there is something flaky in my OS C: SSD drive. It is not showing up in the 'setup''. I have tried jiggling wires, will try replacing them. I don't think this problem had anything to do with the advice I got here. I am calling my techno-geek and arranging a house call...

Dust? I can do that. But the problem was immediate after doing the above. Don't think it was dust. The desktop is a few years old. That is where I have the problem. The laptop is fine. Still getting the dots moving in a circle on the monitor. Maybe the system restore is still trying? Been five...
