[SOLVED] SfcFix script for Win 7 x64 bit

Hi, That did the repairs. And the Windows defender -- And the windows Update -- Now, I can use/install third party Anti-virus. The Action Center -- But I wonder why Windows Defender icon is not seen in Startup Menu in Win7 -- Some Registry Error, it seems... How to correct?

[SOLVED] SfcFix script for Win 7 x64 bit

See the CheckSUR Log file attached -- It say - No errors detected. Then I run sfc and sfcfix.exe once again --- It found one error -- did nothing about it -- but concluded -- directive completed successfully. And for that 1 error -- contact sysnative forum for help. see the file attached...

[SOLVED] SfcFix script for Win 7 x64 bit

On Win & 64 bit when run sfc / scannow -- it found errors but could not fix one error. Run sfcfix.exe without script to repair but it could not repair. See the attached file -- I guess it needs a script to set it right. Please help me out. Thanks.

SFC - SURT LOG- VISTA 32 BIT

When run SFC, SURT and SFCFIX to check for Windows Update error code 80244019 in Win Vista Starter - 32 Bit, although SFC showed no integrity violations (no errors), SURT shows a -- check key to be repaired ...... and recreated value..... Upon restart and again checking SFC and SURT-- SFC again...

[SOLVED] Windows Vista Starter 32bit - Wrong Windows Updates.

I agree..... I am not a computer-pro and my views and conclusions may not be qualified .... but then ....(if we take it positively)... the computer is working fine without those 10 updates.... and from the look of it ... those 10 updates belong to .NET Framework 4.6. And if we cannot install...

[SOLVED] Windows Vista Starter 32bit - Wrong Windows Updates.

Alright... the downloaded AuthRootSTL.cab was unzipped and root certificate that was in it was right-clicked by mouse and clicked Install. Restart the PC and check Win Updates ... again it picks up the 10 Updates with the same error. So it again strengthens my view that these 10 updates if kept...

This downloaded AuthRootSTL.cab is supposed to be in C:\Windows\System32 folder. Copy-Paste in System32 folder and then tried to install those update by Win Update but again failed -- same error. Then, there has to be some other way of doing this repair. ... ......
