He has windows 10. Already checked for malware. I will tell him to try the clean install. Thanks

I know someone who has Zone Alarm on his pc and he can't remove it. Tried windows uninstall, zone alarm uninstall tool(didn't work in safe mode either) System restore didn't do it neither did resetting pc.So, if anyone knows how to completely uninstall this product thanks (Revo uninstall didn't...

Win 10 update error

Getting this error 0x8007023e when trying to update.Ran the troubleshooter nothing was found also ran sfc /SCANNOW and dism, thanks for any help.

Update still can't log on but there's news afloat ,just out of curiosity, I started typing in the local account password that I havn't changed I did this several times and after each time same story incorrect password. Well after several times the broken circle with welcome came up held for...

Greetings, yesterday I changed my microsoft account password. The problem is I wanted to see if all was working ok so I though I hit reboot but instead I hit lock screen by mistake (therein lies the problem) it want's the password (I use a local account) So I put in the password it says...

Greetings. used avg removal tool also, on another suggestion windows repair(network repair only) all is working now but the yellow triangle is still on the network icon but troubleshooting says it couldn't find a problem(where as before it said no internet connection) is this normal or is there...

Tried sending Email three times keeps getting message no internet access cannot send mail. Is there any program that can be run that can fix this driver issue such as reset drivers or something similar?

Followed your suggestion, same thing,ethernet doesn't have a valid IP address also, unable to connect to DHCP server. As I said all this happened after uninstall of avg tune up tools. ( yes he contacted avg with no success) He also replaced ethernet cable. Has another pc connected to this router...
