Oh thanks God, the only I had to do was to retrieve the license key stored in the notebook through powershell command 😚 The original digital license is now correctly reactivated.

OK, here it is attached. This file is the last CBS.log in theCBS folder. Do you need the complete CBS folder ? It's quite big, 110MB before compression. It contains othser files called CbsPersist_202002xxxxxx

Here is the right DRIVERS file from C:\Windows\System32\config Addtional symptoms are that for instance when connecting new USB sticks, they are not recognized, and a manual driver update/install is mandatory. Thank you for your help.

Hello, Oups, I realise now that I zipped the wrong "drivers" folder/file in C:\Windows\System32 ! I should have taken it from C:\Windows\System32\config . I'll send it the right one tomorrow. I forgot to mention that this is Windows 10 version 1903.
