I can't get Win 10 v1709 build 16299.1087 to update.

I looked up the error and saw that it could have something to do with my internet connection so I went back to the update and it was already up to 24% and it kept going till it was finished. It has finally updated. I just can't thank you enough! That was amazing. I looked at those files that...

I can't get Win 10 v1709 build 16299.1087 to update.

As the title states I can't get my machine to upgrade and most of the time I get Error code: (0x80070003). I say most because I have tried a few things and on occasion I'll get a different error and then after an attempt or two I'm back at Error code: (0x80070003). I've tried using the update...
