Possible Spyware/Malware, Cant download Farbar

I have some weird stuff in my system32, including multiple files that I have already Googled that are "MDM/Enterprise" files. I am always getting blocked on my own laptop by some "IT admin" I have full reason to believe someone would do this, and i need help making it all goooo awaaaaay...
