Unable to install KB5005565 - error 0x80073701

Hello there, My computer is unable to install the recent Sept 14th update. I've done troubleshooting with the DSIM tool, System File Checker, and SCFix, all which have given me no error messages. I'm not able to understand the CBS log I found to see what is missing/why I'm getting this error...
