I checked for updates again and only the language packs appear as optional. There are no important updates available. KB4034670 and KB4035036 were the last that did install.

Yes I ran the script. After that I ran Windows Update, where KB4034670, KB403664 and KB4035036 were listed as important. KB403664 failed with error code 80242016, but I think that happened because KB4034670 was available. I added the FRST log to dropbox if you are interested. Dropbox - Logs

Sorry for not responding for a while. I think my windows update is finally fixed! Although KB4034664 failed with error code 80242016, Windows Update did install KB4034670. KB4034670 is listed as the most recent monthly rollup. Windows Update also does not show any important updates. If you can...
