i dont see any sticker mate but on the Motherboard CD there s a sticker like Windows 8 Ready bios/driver updates required should i buy windows 8 ?

Hello everyone so here is the thing : I bought a new PC in Germany and it had the Windows 7 Test Version (for 30 days) , in the 30 days I ran sfc /scannow in CMD and it found Windows Resource protection found corrupted files but was unable to fix some of them CBS.log windir\logs\CBS\CBS.log ...
