SFC scan detects but cannot fix corruption

So, it would seem while I was out my computer took it upon itself to update to windows 10. Not sure if this is an issue or not?

I'm not certain it updated. Said it didn't find any integrity violations, and this logs last updated date appears to be several days ago. Dropbox - cbs.txt
