[SOLVED] Windows 7 Professional SP 1: Update KB4284826 keeps failing with error Code 80073701

Just FYI, since it said it fixed all 440 errors, I thought maybe that fixed it. I ran Windows "check for updates" and then tried installing KB4284826 again. It still fails with error 80073701.
