i have only renamed it. i have not made changes in this file. i was read artical somewhere, that rename this file then tried to update the window. Due to this, problem solved on few machines (Window 10 OS ) . thats why i tried to renamed this file.

Yea, strange. The checksur.log log not present in location: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\. I have ran system readiness tool again. i will update you when it will complete. Thanks.
