After a few reboots and sfc /scannow and Dism Cleanup everythink looks good. But i have one question. Where did you know what files are missing and where did you get them.

Thanks for the great help!!!!! Microsoft Support says that i must make an clean installation. After your last sfcfix script the autoupdate starts an the installation for win 10 build 1803 go trough with success. So i will test with sfc /scannow and dism that all components are going well. If...
