Windows 8 Update Data Corruption

This thread contains my CBS.log file. I wish someone could help me interpret and fix my Data corruption. Due to the corruption i cant update to Windows 8.1. Please help. I have the seen tom982 help one user out on this and am hoping someone could do the same for me. Thank you, Ashwin
