NM, was able to remove some bad registry settings referring to an older server and now things are working again.

Connecting Print Management from a different PC to this server allows expected access to printer properties, so I don't think the printers or drivers themselves are the issue. No event viewer log entries appear to generate from this issue. I have run Dism successfully and SFC scannow with no...
