Thanks for the help. I had narrowed it down to the PDQ Inventory Agent at about the same time you posted. I was waiting on their support to provide a fix before I posted a result here.

After trying lots of different things I narrowed it down to the PDQ Inventory Agent. PDQ provided a customer build that fixed the issue.
