Errors Code 800703F1, 643, 80246007 when trying to update Windows.

Hello guys first post here! So lately I'm trying to update my computer after a long while of neglecting to update it (didn't even know about windows 8.1) to windows 8.1 and it downloaded and installed around 40 updates before leaving 68 important updates pending and giving the following error...
