Hello there! Have implemented the fix and the display drivers have installed properly! Do you mind if I ask what exactly was done with the DRIVERS file? Thank you very much for the quick aid and clear solution!

[SOLVED] Configuration Registry Database is Corrupted - NVIDIA

I was recently having difficulty installing a display driver update and checked the Device manager and my GPU now shows as unknown device and I removed the driver via DDU and when I try to install the driver the driver again via Device Manager, I get the message "Configuration Registry Database...
