[Win7SP1Pro x64] WU keeps asking to restart for updates

Hello guys, first time poster here. I have a small VAIO notebook running Win7 Pro SP1 x64 and the bloody thing keeps asking to restart to finish installing updates. I've ran the Troubleshooter several times and while it keeps reporting and supposedly fixing 3/4 issues each time, after I restart...
