Sorry for late reply I am studying in other town so I am not allways with this computer with issues. I refreshed WEI and now sometimes picture on monitor is normal and sometimes is not. I think we should first focus on file corruptions, maybe this causing monitor issues as well.

You suggest me to download Windows 7 Repair Tool or just to try manually update and refresh WEI without any tool? And what's next for file corruptions?
