Tried to reset windows update but still got the error Downloaded and launched another application found but nothing also there Tried to update in Safe mode but Windows update is disabled

Hello, I've got some problems with my update. Sometime during startup it tries to install and I look at that blue screen going around for 10 minutes but always nothing. I tried to: Perform cleaning on HD removing Windows update folder multiple times, trying to re-download everything exclude...

Oh.. that's a very nice thing to ear. But how was it damaged? I didn't do anything in particular Can I use the repair function or do I have to format everything?

I tried to enter the folder but it opened and closed at the same time, I'm doing a Malware scan right now, just to be sure. I copied the file through CMD, see attached
