Dear Expert My laptop (Lenovo G580 - had it about 4 years I think) is running Windows 8 and refuses to update to 8.1 or 10. In both cases it gets almost all the way through the installation process but then restores to Windows 8. In trying to find the problem, I have removed my anti-virus...
