PROBLEMS PROBLEMS PROBLEMS :(

I have quite a few problems with Windows 8.1 When i boot up my automatic startup on boot up does not start in like few minuites, something is bottlenecking it up. But once it sttarts it starts all the programms in 20s. The other thing is I have problems with some games. Some games on steam...

Windows update

I had problems with updating my windows than i got an solution here on forum and it fixed it self. But after few days i got new problems CBS:

Cant' update my windows

It says that I need to download & install 35 updates. I have this problem for over 6 months. It allways fails to update my windows with no error message. here is the list of updates i need to get: I use windows 7 32 bit CBS:
