Adding Server Features Fails

Hi all, I'm trying to add DNS and DHCP services to a Windows 2012 server that already has AD services installed, am getting the "Error 0x80073701 is ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING" error. Not sure what to try next. I've attached the CBS log from that timeframe. Thank you in advance.
