It still says "Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again."

Thank you! I just tried to run SFC and it returned the following "Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again." I have rebooted the machine multiple times and it's made no difference?
