Windows 8.1 x64 Audio (Realtek HD Audio ALC269): crackling, spikes, squeaky etc.

I am using: the latest bios the latest drivers plus haven't got anything as you mentioned above i.e., Norton, McAffee etc., I don't have. On this thread (as mentioned earlier in the first post), the guy was having same problem as me in the past and I'd be grateful if you could assist me in...
