Hi Corrine, thanks for your help. I have updated Internet Explorer. I then ran FRST again with the fixlist. FRST reported that there was an update available but then I got a pop-up saying "Falied to update (5)". I ran the fix anyway and the log is below: Fix result of Farbar Recovery Scan...
