[SOLVED] Blank Icons in Start Menu - "Most Used"

I to have noticed those 3 same icons. Mines not located in the "Most Used" though. Mine is in the Programs menu in my start menu. I also use Classic Shell, I have also noticed it on two different computers. My wife's brand new HP ENVY and my brand new Alienware 17r3. I want the icon issue fixed...
