Horrible stuttering in games

Some components are different, like the processor and the motherboard. Rest of the components are from this old system like the ram, power supply and graphic card. The results which I have uploaded are from my current Intel setup.

No sir. I actually re-installed windows 10 and I still have the same problem. And this time I only installed Nvidia driver. I let windows install all the other drivers hoping it would solve the problem. I guess not.

Yes. The stuttering happens in online as well as offline games. This also happens when using windows. Like opening apps, scrolling through Steam or Microsoft edge. I can clearly see frame drops. I have attached another trace and thank you for replying.
