sfc /scannow not working at all

Well, i made this post cause i don't know what to do, i installed gta v, but it random crashes, that's k, it seems that's it could be a windows corruption error, so i run sfc /scannow, then it didn't work, next, i run the dism restorehealth command, it stucks at 40%, then fails and say's it...
