[SOLVED] Can't access Screensaver Settings

As Requested. I should add though, that anytime a toolbar or some odd program installed itself on my pc.. It never asked for permission to do so, as it typically piggybacks on the permission of the parent program. I was debating Malwarebytes premium though.

I'm guessing you wanted my msinfo zip attached as well ? I didn't both the snipping tool, I always just used print screen and gone into paint.

I fixed it. Changed the value of "EnableLUA" from 1 to 0. Got my answer from here: [Win10] rundll32.exe "Windows cannot access the specified device..." Error message when trying to open settings

For whatever reason, Windows 10 claims it can't find rundll32.exe or that I might not have permission to access it, when I attempt to access the screensaver settings. I checked to see if the file was there, and it is indeed present. This is a new install and I'm currently on KB4507453 (OS Build...

Well I kept using the monitor and it would only give me problems here and there, until tonight. It kept blinking to a blank screen, and turning it on and off would help for a couple minutes.. It got progressively worse from there. It got so bad I turned it off and reverted to the TV which ran...

That's what I'm worried about as well, seeing as my SSD eventually failed itself. I bit the bullet and got a 32 inch off Amazon. Curved non 4k, because I don't want or need 4k.

The cable I replaced was somewhere around 8 years old, and it was definitely bad. Whenever I would lift up the cable or move it around, the screen would go black. My 2nd monitor is a 55 inch TV which is beside my pc desk. I could use it, in a pinch but it doesn't seem very practical.

I have a Samsung S27D360, which I've had for about 4-5 years now I would guess ? Anyway, the problem I'm having with it, is that the screen will basically blink on and off to a black screen. Turning off the the monitor and back on again, gets rid of the problem. I don't get the same behavior...

Can't change Taskbar Color

Why does Windows 10 have to be so darn buggy.. Like it's non stop with the bugs. Windows 7 was good.. Combined the best of XP and Vista into one OS.. Then came 8 which was bad.. Then 10 which isn't as bad, but still buggy.. I will check out the link. Thanks! Edit: That worked! Good find!

Yes it's unchecked. I have my own color set. Even then, the Taskbar option is greyed out still.

Windows is Activated. I can change my wallpaper, and other colors. It just wont give me the option for the taskbar. It's a bug from what I've read.
