Not knowing what those "many things" were that you tried does not help at all. :( Did you reboot? Did you uninstall and reinstall this program? Did you make sure you have the latest version of the program? Have you scanned for malware?...

Good, unfortunately none of the dumps was a result of driver verifier. Is there anything overclocked on your system? GPU, CPU or RAM?

    Hi softwaremaniac,
Roy, Torchwood, on SevenForums, suggest I contact Sysnative regarding your training programs. I’m currently an IT student, Desktop Support Specialist (WCCCD) and CareerAcademy online, preparing to take my CompTIA A+ test this month; also studying for Network+ & Security+. I’m very much interested in Windows Update, BSOD, & Virus Removal training. After completion of tutorial, I understand that I am expected to volunteer my time on Sysnative to assist Ops with issues relating to the areas the tutorials cover when I pass, and that I would be working under the tutelage of an instructor.

Would you please provide me with pertinent information regarding the training programs referenced above?

Thank you for your time & anticipated reply to this PM.
